HR Affinity Group – Sept. 2026

HR rarely comes with easy answers, especially when you’re balancing policies, people, compliance, workplace culture, and the day-to-day realities of running a nonprofit.

Nonprofit Staten Island’s HR Affinity Group brings together HR professionals, operations staff, managers, and others responsible for workplace practice across Staten Island nonprofits to share what’s working, talk through common challenges, and learn alongside one another.

We’ll start the new program year by reconnecting as a group and hearing what’s top of mind for members right now. What questions are coming up in your organization? Where could peer insight or additional resources help? That conversation will help shape the topics we take on together across this year’s five sessions.

Whether you’ve been part of the group before or are joining us for the first time, this is a great session to jump in.
