AI Impact: From Everyday Use to Organizational Strategy
Earlier this spring, ComServ Connect introduced the basics of AI for nonprofits to our NPSI network. Now, we’re continuing the conversation with a practical follow-up workshop for nonprofit leaders who are ready to move beyond one-off ChatGPT use and think more intentionally about how AI can support the way their teams actually work. New participants are welcome, and those who joined the first session will have an opportunity to build on that foundation.
In this 90-minute session, participants will explore live prompting with real nonprofit examples, discuss how context changes the quality and usefulness of AI outputs, and consider how organizations can begin building shared context across teams.
The session will also include a practical look at how AI tools, agents, and automations can work together to support day-to-day operations.
Open to all. Ideal for executive-level and operations managers.
