LUCHA Leadership Series: Leadership Identity

LUCHA Leadership Series: Leadership Identity

An initiative of Nonprofit on the Go

Wed, Oct 7th, 2026
10:00 – 12:00 PM
In person

Leadership development begins with self-awareness. In the first workshop of the LUCHA Leadership Series, participants will explore how their personal experiences, cultural identity, values, and leadership journey shape the way they lead others.

This session is for nonprofit professionals at any level who want to lead with greater intention — whether you’re growing into a leadership role or have held one for years.

Participation in the Leadership Series is free; no application or prior LUCHA participation is required.

LUCHA is designed for Hispanic nonprofit professionals, as well as nonprofit leaders and staff whose organizations serve Hispanic communities. You do not have to identify as Hispanic to participate.

Transportation and childcare support are available. Let us know what you need when you register and we’ll follow up.

The final workshop location and any additional session details will be emailed to registrants as soon as they are confirmed.
