The SI COAD is pleased to invite you to participate in its Spring 2024 Tabletop Exercise on June 24, 2024, hosted in partnership with the American Red Cross of Greater New York. This will be a discussion-based exercise where you are encouraged to collaborate with other organizations on your role during a disaster. Our goals are to understand how different organizations operate and to increase our understanding of the communication within the COAD.
Exercise Objectives:
- Understand the roles and responsibilities within your organization during a disaster.
- Increase understanding of the roles everyone plays when a disaster occurs with an emphasis on working within the COAD.
- Eliminate duplication of efforts and foster partnership and collaboration to better serve communities in need.
Cross-sector collaboration is critical to effective planning, preparedness, and response. All COAD stakeholders are invited to participate.
