Our February SI COAD meeting will build on recent conversations about how we stay connected, share information, and coordinate more effectively across the network.
Together, we’ll take a practical look at the current COAD Communications Plan, talk through a few priority areas for improvement identified by Steering leadership, and spend time strengthening our shared contact list. We’ll also pilot a new, streamlined intake process to better capture organizational contacts, core services, and anticipated roles in emergency response and recovery — and get your feedback on how this tool should work across the broader COAD network.
This meeting is designed to be collaborative and hands-on, with plenty of space for conversation and shared problem-solving. We hope to see you there!
