This workshop equips grassroots nonprofit leaders and staff with practical tools to build and manage effective budgets, track expenses, and understand cash flow. Participants will learn how to align financial planning with their mission, navigate limited resources, and strengthen financial oversight. The session also offers strategies to improve transparency and confidently communicate financial information to boards and funders, supporting long-term sustainability and impact.
