LUCHA Leadership Series: Community Engagement as Leadership

An initiative of Nonprofit on the Go

Wed, Dec 2nd, 2026
10:00 – 12:00 PM
In person

Community engagement is a leadership practice. The third workshop in the LUCHA Leadership Series will focus on leading through relationships: building trust with the communities you serve, developing authentic community relationships and strategic partnerships, and engaging donors and stakeholders beyond fundraising.

Participation in the Leadership Series is free; no application or prior LUCHA participation is required.

LUCHA is designed for Hispanic nonprofit professionals, as well as nonprofit leaders and staff whose organizations serve Hispanic communities. You do not have to identify as Hispanic to participate.

Transportation and childcare support are available. Let us know what you need when you register and we’ll follow up.

The final workshop location and any additional session details will be emailed to registrants as soon as they are confirmed.
