Financial Snapshot with the NYS Comptroller’s Office

Wednesday, May 6 | 11:30 AM | Location: Staten Island Foundation, 260 Christopher Lane, 3rd Floor (Conference Room)

Join Nonprofit Staten Island for an in-person roundtable with representatives from the Office of New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli.

This session will feature an overview of the recently released State’s Financial Snapshot, followed by a closer look at Staten Island-specific data and trends. More importantly, it will create space for nonprofit and community leaders to share what those numbers look like on the ground.

The Comptroller’s Office is seeking input directly from Staten Island nonprofit sector leaders where the data reflects lived experience, where it falls short, and what context is needed to more fully understand the borough’s realities.

This is a unique opportunity to engage directly with a key state office and help shape how Staten Island is represented in data, funding conversations, and broader policy discussions.

We encourage participation from organizations across sectors, particularly those working closely with communities whose experiences are not always fully captured in available data.

Light refreshments will be provided. Space is limited.
