Budgeting and Financial Management for Grassroots Nonprofits
This workshop equips grassroots nonprofit leaders and staff with practical tools to build and manage effective budgets, track expenses, and understand cash flow. Participants will learn how to align financial planning with mission-driven goals, navigate limited resources, and strengthen internal financial oversight. The session also offers strategies to improve transparency and confidently communicate financial information to boards and funders—supporting long-term sustainability and organizational impact.
The workshop will feature guest speaker Tatiana Sabatelli, Executive Director of NPSI, who brings extensive experience leading grassroots organizations through complex financial planning and management challenges. Tatiana will share real-world insights, lessons learned, and best practices from her work, offering participants practical guidance they can immediately apply within their organizations.
