Welcome to the Action Learning 2026 Application

Thank you for your interest in joining this year’s director-level cohort. Action Learning is a six-month, hybrid leadership experience designed for nonprofit leaders ready to strengthen their supervision, systems, and organizational impact.

This brief application helps us understand your current role, leadership scope, and growth goals. Cohort size is limited to 15 participants to ensure depth, trust, and meaningful application.
